The Service Desk will have a new central location in the Horizon building, near the social community area (large atrium). Several processes will either be digitised or organised differently at the new campus, which is why various services will become directly available to you, without the need of involving the Service Desk. Just think of:
- Students can reserve and cancel project rooms via Office 365 (in the further future via an app on their phone).
- Every room will be equipped with audio-visual equipment, which reduces the need for borrowing.
Rent a locker
Students can rent a locker via the Service Desk. You will pay a fixed amount. The lockers can be opened and closed with the new student card.
You can use a locker for 24 hours, of course you can leave it shut for a longer period of time, but if you open it you can not use the same locker again. This measure has been taken to prevent people from owning a locker.
