Autumn has arrived, which means that the trees for the campus site can finally be delivered and planted.
As early as in the summer, Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) selected these trees together with the landscape architects from CULD.
A total of 31 robinia trees (robinia pseudoacacia) have meanwhile been planted in the beds between the new parking spaces and the bicycle racks, and another 14 different trees have been planted across the site. In the coming weeks, a mix of hedge bushes will be added too. Meanwhile, grass has been sown in a large part of the terrain around the Horizon building and in some spots the first shoots are already popping out. Just a little while longer before we will be able to enjoy the first part of a green campus in the spring.
